Televendeur / Téléconseiller – Internship

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic tele‑sales agents to join our call centre in Abidjan. As a Televendeur / Téléconseiller you will handle both inbound and outbound calls for our clients, promoting their products and services while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and initiate outbound calls according to daily targets.
• Present offers, negotiate terms and handle objections using the provided scripts.
• Record interactions accurately in the call‑center system.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone, adapting language to the Ivorian market.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve performance goals.

Required profile

• Excellent oral communication in French, including local Ivorian expressions.
• Clear diction and strong listening skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 operational environment.
• High availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude, empathy and persuasive “bagou”.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic office applications and call‑center software).
