Undergraduate Internship – Multiple Departments

About the role

Wave, a fast‑growing fintech focused on making Africa cashless, is offering undergraduate internship opportunities across several business functions in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and The Gambia. Interns will gain hands‑on experience supporting real projects while contributing to Wave’s mission of providing accessible financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist team members with day‑to‑day tasks and project coordination.
• Conduct research, gather data and prepare simple reports.
• Support documentation, filing and basic administrative duties.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Help with the preparation of internal communications and presentations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Strong interest in fintech, financial inclusion or related sectors.
• Analytical mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a team environment.
