Vehicle Registration & Fleet Administration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Registration Specialist to manage end‑to‑end registration, licensing and compliance for our fleet. The role ensures all vehicles meet legal requirements and that documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Execute vehicle registration, licensing, inspection and related compliance procedures, maintaining certificates, insurance policies, CPC permits and other operational licences.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory agencies and external partners to complete registrations accurately and on time.
• Monitor expiry dates of all vehicle‑related documents and coordinate renewals to avoid interruptions.
• Prepare periodic reports on registration status, compliance tracking and document renewals.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews by providing complete and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Law or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle registration, licensing, fleet administration or related compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of vehicle registration, inspection, insurance and transportation regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
