Vehicle Sales Assistant (Aides Vendeurs en Véhicule)

About the role

The Vehicle Sales Assistant will be responsible for driving sales and product distribution across assigned points of sale in Abidjan and surrounding regions. You will work directly in the field, ensuring product visibility and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution goals as defined by the company.
• Convert at least 80% of visited points of sale into active customers.
• Maintain 100% of planned visit and sales targets.
• Ensure product visibility through merchandising, signage, and promotional displays.
• Prospect, open, and develop new client relationships.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages at all covered locations.
• Communicate product information, promotions, and commercial policies to customers.
• Gather and report market intelligence such as competitor pricing, stock status, and customer needs.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license for all categories, with experience driving 3‑ton and 5‑ton vehicles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear oral communication.
• Proven sales and negotiation techniques.
• Dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, and motivated by challenges.
• Physical endurance for field work.
• Integrity, responsibility, and professional conduct.
