Commercial(e) Freelance – B2B Telemarketing

About the role

Synergies Conseils et Services (SCS) is seeking a freelance commercial professional to drive B2B prospecting for its consulting services. The role focuses on telephone and face‑to‑face outreach to qualified companies, generating qualified appointments for the firm’s experts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns using prospect lists provided by SCS.
• Briefly present SCS’s service portfolio and assess prospect needs and maturity.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings for consultants and experts.
• Update the prospecting database after each interaction, noting status, summary, and follow‑up actions.
• Perform follow‑up calls and emails with prospects in the qualification pipeline.
• Meet targets for number of calls, appointments set, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or call‑center prospecting.
• Previous exposure to consulting, finance, audit, or business services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and resilience to rejection.
• Strong organization, rigor, and ability to work autonomously.
• Availability for occasional or recurring campaign schedules as defined with SCS.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic office tools.
