Inbound Coordinator

About the role

Nestlé Côte d’Ivoire is seeking an Inbound Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination and control of inbound warehouse operations. The role ensures that raw materials and finished goods are received, staged, loaded and dispatched accurately, safely and on time to support production.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound activities from goods receipt to production supply.
• Plan labor and workload to guarantee timely picking, staging and loading of orders.
• Implement and monitor safety, health, environment, quality and CARE regulations.
• Collaborate with customer service, transport, distribution centre and 3PL partners to resolve urgencies.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and optimise resource utilisation within the DC.
• Ensure compliance with care standards and train operatives on inventory counting.
• Manage storage strategy, stock holding and transport management.
• Investigate quality abnormalities on raw material and finished‑goods receipt and take corrective actions.
• Support value‑stream design, Lean and NAOMI roll‑outs, and implement digital solutions to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in logistics, demand & supply planning or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of operational leadership experience in warehouse management, transportation, distribution or demand‑supply planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources and drive continuous improvement.
