Inbound Coordinator

About the role

Nestlé Côte d’Ivoire is seeking an Inbound Coordinator to manage and optimise inbound warehouse operations that support production. The role ensures that raw materials and finished goods are received, staged, and dispatched accurately, safely, and on time, in line with Nestlé standards and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound activities from goods receipt to production supply, including the reception of finished goods at the distribution centre.
• Plan labour and workload to guarantee timely picking, staging, and loading of orders.
• Implement and monitor Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and CARE regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with customer service, transport, distribution centre teams and 3PL partners to resolve urgencies.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and improve warehouse performance through NCE.
• Optimise resource utilisation and ensure compliance with care standards.
• Train operatives on inventory counting and effective store‑keeping.
• Maintain excellent customer service through efficient outbound delivery.
• Manage storage strategy, stock holding, and transport logistics.
• Investigate quality abnormalities on raw materials and finished goods, applying corrective actions.
• Support value‑stream design, Lean and NAOMI roll‑outs, and promote a continuous‑improvement culture.
• Implement technology and digital solutions to boost operational productivity.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in logistics, demand & supply planning or a related field.
• 3–4 years of successful operational leadership experience in warehouse management, transportation, or demand‑supply planning.
• Experience at market or business level in sales, customer service or technical functions is a plus.
