About the role

Roche is seeking two Medical Affairs Interns to join its Medical Affairs & License to Operate chapter. The interns will act as local, non‑promotional resources delivering scientific information to internal and external stakeholders while complying with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, and Roche internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a therapeutic‑area and clinical perspective to accelerate patient journeys and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to the delivery of medical information across Roche’s main therapeutic areas.
• Act as a medical enabler, helping field teams implement solutions and create key medical messages.
• Collaborate in a self‑managed peer team, ensuring accountability and effective delivery.
• Understand the health‑ecosystem’s needs to support sustainable outcomes for patients.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (≤2 years experience) with a university degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related pharmaceutical/biological discipline (MD preferred).
• Fluency in French and basic proficiency in written and spoken English, with a commitment to improve language skills.
• Eager to learn, self‑managed, bold, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable using digital tools and able to listen, question, understand, and communicate smoothly.
