Conseiller client – Télévente (F/H) – Abidjan

About the role

The Customer Service Advisor (Tele‑sales) will interact with clients by phone or online to resolve routine issues, promote products, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. This entry‑level position is based in Abidjan and follows defined procedures to meet service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding and provide appropriate resolutions using decision‑support tools.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers courteously and professionally following established scripts.
• Maintain basic knowledge of the client’s products and services.
• Prepare accurate work records and properly annotate accounts.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products or services when appropriate.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.
• Refer complex inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 3‑6 months relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous attitude with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes, and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Patience and a pleasant, professional tone in all customer interactions.
• Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.

Required skills
