Experienced Consultant – Business Development & Advisory

About the role

Under the supervision of the Mission Manager, the Consultant will combine consulting expertise with business development to deliver high‑quality assignments and help expand KATSU SAS’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advice to clients based on sector‑specific or functional expertise.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Draft commercial proposals, quotations and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Negotiate simple and complex high‑value contracts with various stakeholders.
• Maintain trust‑based client relationships and propose tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Mission Manager, directors and other consultants to ensure coherent and quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in consulting and business development, preferably in a multi‑sector environment.
• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Management, Engineering, Project Management, Strategy, Marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, SAP, Salesforce, ITIL, Tableau or Power BI are preferred.
