Graduate Trainee - Sales

About the role

Join Nestlé, the world’s largest Food & Beverage company, as a Graduate Trainee in Sales. This fixed‑term program in Abidjan is designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders through hands‑on training, mentorship and cross‑functional exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales strategies to meet volume, revenue and market‑share targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market visits to monitor product availability, merchandising standards and competitor activity.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports and identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other teams to ensure effective commercial plan execution and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or Bacc+4/5 in Sales, Marketing or a related field from a recognized university.
• Strong customer focus and commercial curiosity.
• Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Agility, willingness to learn and ability to work in diverse teams and markets.
