Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and operations as we expand our electric vehicle and sustainable mobility business into new markets. The role will shape organizational structure, talent development, and HR systems to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute HR plans aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, labor relations processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as contracts, timekeeping, promotions, transfers, terminations, and payroll processing.
• Manage HR budgeting, monitor expenses, and propose cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Implement and continuously improve HR information systems (e.g., SAP, HRIS) and generate analytics and reporting.
• Lead succession planning, talent pipeline development, and employee classification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic HR partnership, labor relations, and HR budgeting.
