International Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to help expand our beverage ingredient portfolio into new markets. You will work from your home country, building relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and beverage manufacturers to grow our global presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in your local and neighboring markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, restaurant groups, tea/coffee chains, and beverage manufacturers.
• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Present product solutions, negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Visit clients as needed and provide ongoing account management and support.
• Prepare sales reports, business correspondence and market insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently; recent graduates and career starters are welcome.
