Multiple Hospitality & Restaurant Internships – Various Locations

About the role

ADONAI AGENCE VICTOIRE is seeking enthusiastic interns for a range of hospitality and restaurant positions across several partner establishments in the Abidjan region and interior of Côte d’Ivoire. The roles cover front‑of‑house, kitchen, and housekeeping functions, offering hands‑on experience in a dynamic service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation and plating.
• Support bar teams by preparing drinks and maintaining service stations.
• Provide room service, cleaning, and guest assistance as a valet, room attendant, or housekeeping aide.
• Serve guests in dining areas, ensuring a high level of hospitality.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards in all operational areas.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BAC‑level program (BAC, BAC+1, BAC+2, BAC+3, BP, BT, CAP, Terminale) related to hospitality, culinary arts, or tourism.
• Strong interest in the hotel and restaurant industry.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in French; basic English is a plus.
