Product Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to turn product and growth data into clear, actionable insights for our B2B SaaS offering. You will work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to define metrics, evaluate feature launches, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret SaaS product and growth metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, churn, expansion, ARPU and LTV.
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and evaluate roadmap initiatives.
• Identify trends, anomalies and opportunities in product data and surface insights to stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing, feature rollouts and UX changes through rigorous analysis and recommendations.
• Own analysis using Mixpanel or Amplitude and build dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Tableau).
• Leverage GA4 and Microsoft Clarity for acquisition and qualitative behavioural insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Engineering to ensure consistent event tracking and accurate data delivery.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role in a B2B SaaS or product‑led company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics and subscription revenue models.
• Hands‑on experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Familiarity with GA4 and Microsoft Clarity.
• Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs).
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, Metabase or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions with data.
