Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead end‑to‑end hiring across corporate, operations, management and leadership positions as we expand into new markets, including Côte d’Ivoire. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR business partners and hiring managers to translate workforce plans into effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all hiring needs, ensuring timely delivery and high candidate quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop actionable hiring plans and maintain a positive candidate experience in a fast‑growth environment.
• Drive data‑driven decisions by tracking metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and quality‑of‑hire.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview frameworks and assessment methods.
• Provide market insights, talent availability and compensation benchmarks to hiring managers.
• Lead, coach and develop the recruitment team, setting performance expectations and monitoring productivity.
• Participate in critical and senior‑level hiring as needed.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 3–5 years in a people‑management role.
• Proven success in high‑volume, fast‑growing environments such as logistics, mobility, technology or startups.
• Experience with multi‑market or international hiring is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and execution‑driven mindset.
• Ability to balance speed with quality while maintaining data‑oriented recruitment practices.
