Regional Trainee – Market Research & Business Development (Côte d'Ivoire)

About the role

Join MATICLINE’s Regional Trainee Program based in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire. You will work across the Francophone African region, spending time in the field visiting markets, production sites and meeting clients to understand consumer behavior and translate insights into business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to wholesale markets and retail outlets to gather consumer insights.
• Travel to production facilities and client sites across West, North and East Africa.
• Support business development activities such as client acquisition and market expansion.
• Assist project coordination tasks, including follow‑up with clients and internal teams.
• Provide HR and administrative support when required, including recruitment assistance and office management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with BAC+2 to BAC+4 education.
• Fluent French and working proficiency in English.
• Strong curiosity about markets and consumer behavior.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple African countries.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly on the job.
