Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling daily operational tasks, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, and facilitating communication between customers, sales representatives and internal departments. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, lead follow‑up and contract documentation.
• Process customer orders, quotations and sales reports promptly and accurately.
• Review incoming leads, gather required information and assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative.
• Check and release orders according to internal procedures.
• Maintain documentation, prepare reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to support business operations, including inventory planning and forecasting.
• Utilise internal systems and tools to support sales processes and record keeping.
• Participate in company training sessions, events and business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, administration or coordination.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
