About the role
Join Aggreko as a Senior Business Development and Strategic Account Specialist to drive growth across Ivory Coast. You will act as the lead representative of Aggreko in‑country, building relationships with key decision‑makers and expanding the company’s presence in new sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Represent Aggreko locally and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Navigate complex stakeholder organisations and secure contract extensions in partnership with the Commercial Manager.
- Identify and develop new market segments to achieve regional growth targets.
- Reduce debtor days and ensure timely payment collection.
- Oversee local governance, including CSR commitments and liaison with public and regulatory bodies.
- Promote Aggreko’s values and culture internally and externally.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience with a track record of winning large contracts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and influencing C‑level executives and public officials.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to craft value‑adding proposals.
- Background in technical or industrial firms and familiarity with international governance standards.
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency.
- Ivory Coast citizenship and residence.
