Senior Manager, Fintech Activation

About the role

Visa is seeking a results‑driven Senior Manager to lead Fintech Activation initiatives. You will own the full portfolio of Visa solutions, define account strategies, and coordinate internal resources to deliver value‑based solutions for clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute client account strategies, annual plans, and manage relationships while coordinating Specialist Sellers and Client Success Managers.
• Lead upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, identify compelling value propositions, and support new business development.
• Create and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, negotiate deals, and drive territory plans to increase market share.
• Ensure rigorous CRM data hygiene, safeguard data integrity, and maintain compliance with Visa policies.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English with at least 5 years of account management experience (or equivalent advanced degree).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with experience in complex competitive sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to executive audiences.

Required skills

• Demonstrated understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
• Proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and applying emerging trends to client strategy.
