Téléconseiller – Stage – Phone Fundraising

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Teleadvisor intern to conduct phone fundraising for internationally recognized NGOs. You will join a growing company in Abidago, working with a supportive team that values employee well‑being and offers training to help you achieve your targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact French individual prospects by phone to collect donations for partner NGOs.
• Handle objections and provide clear information to encourage contributions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
• Collaborate with trainers and team members to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Autonomous, determined, and punctual.
• Strong desire to work in a dynamic, young team.
• Fluent French (mandatory) with excellent verbal communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in a call‑center environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in telephone communication.
• Active listening and objection handling.
• Ability to work towards targets and meet challenges.
