AWP Engineering Champion – EPC Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking an AWP Engineering Champion to lead the rollout of the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology across all project phases. The role bridges home‑office planning and on‑site execution, ensuring that AWP processes support efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of AWP plans, procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate AWP activities with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Control and Site Management teams.
• Support construction sequencing, constructability reviews and planning sessions.
• Prepare and communicate AWP deliverables (EWP, PWP, IWP) to all stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and best‑practice advice on AWP.
• Monitor AWP performance and manage information flows throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in construction, project execution, planning or EPC/EPCM projects.
• Proven experience implementing and managing Advanced Work Packaging.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, constructability and work‑face planning.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Leadership, mentoring and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
