About the role
The Business Development Manager will focus on the oil and gas sector, leveraging industry insights to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will build high‑level relationships with key customers and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse oil and gas market trends to create customer development plans and sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop accounts and nurture relationships with decision‑makers in relevant departments.
- Manage orders, collect payments and coordinate shipment logistics to guarantee timely project completion.
- Achieve the annual sales target set for the region.
Required profile
- Familiarity with the security and surveillance industry.
- Prior sales or work experience in the banking or construction sectors is preferred.
- Strong customer development and maintenance capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and high stress resilience.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
