About the role

We are seeking experienced heavy‑truck drivers to join a leading transport and logistics company in Abidjan. The position involves safe delivery of goods, routine vehicle checks, and strict adherence to road safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and supply products securely across assigned routes.
• Perform mechanical and technical inspections of trucks before and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate journey logs, delivery notes and route sheets.
• Optimize itineraries while respecting deadlines and traffic laws.
• Report any logistical issues, vehicle breakdowns or delays immediately to operations.
• Comply with company safety policies, speed limits, and abstain from alcohol, drugs or phone use while driving.

Required profile

• Age between 30 and 45 years.
• Minimum 5 years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Ability to read and write French.
• Valid driving licences categories B, C, D and E.
• Strong knowledge of Côte d’Ivoire road‑transport regulations.
• Professionalism, punctuality and resilience under stress.

Required skills

• Category B, C, D and E driving licences.
• CACES certification (highly appreciated).
• Operation of dump trucks, flatbed trucks and cement trailers.
• Vehicle mechanical inspection procedures.
