About the role
This consultancy provides specialized technical assistance to launch, test, improve and document the pilot sanitation market development model in the Tchologo region.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, test and refine the pilot sanitation market model, ensuring it operates effectively in the field.
- Document processes, results and lessons learned, and deliver technical coaching to local operational actors.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, social sciences, development, sanitary engineering, management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in sanitation marketing and market‑systems development, including leadership of three or more sanitation‑marketing projects and work in at least two sub‑Saharan African countries; fluency in French and good command of English.
Required skills
- Capacity‑building and coaching of operational stakeholders.
- Expertise in market‑systems development, demand‑generation, financing approaches and performance analysis.
