Data Entry Specialist (Fresh Graduate Friendly)

About the role

Elfie is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support its mission of building a global health platform. The role focuses on accurately entering diabetic patient data into the CADA system, ensuring the digital care pathway runs smoothly. This position is open to recent graduates eager to start a career in health informatics.

Key responsibilities

• Process approximately 100 patient files per day, combining new and existing records.
• Maintain daily volume to prevent backlogs and adhere to a 40‑hour workweek schedule.
• Manually input comprehensive patient information (administrative, medical, historical) into CADA software.
• Verify each file for completeness and report any anomalies or missing data.
• Escalate blockers promptly and follow up until resolution.
• Comply with CADA data entry procedures, ELFIE program protocols, and confidentiality regulations.
• Provide daily reports on processed volumes and operational issues to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Training or degree in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in data entry or administrative management of medical records.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• High typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) platforms.
• Understanding of database management and healthcare data handling.
• Familiarity with CADA data entry software.
