Datacenter High-Level Solution Manager

About the role

The Datacenter High-Level Solution Manager will lead strategic technical summits and drive the development of tailored datacenter solutions for key customers in Côte d'Ivoire. This role requires close collaboration with senior customer management and internal Huawei teams to ensure successful project delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑level and technical summits as the main speaker, handling Q&A sessions.
• Design targeted datacenter solutions and define future evolution paths.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior customer management to foster partnership.
• Manage internal KPIs, implement solutions, and advance project progress.
• Collect and analyze customer needs, guide business plans, and help customers achieve success together with Huawei.

Required profile

• Proficient in datacenter facilities and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Familiar with the current datacenter market, main partners and future trends.
• Fluent in French and English, able to communicate effectively with native speakers.
• Excellent communication and rapid response abilities to address client issues.
