Directeur(trice) Communication, Marketing et Développement Commercial

About the role

CCTH Afrique, a consulting firm specialized in tourism, hospitality and professional training, is looking for a Director of Communication, Marketing and Business Development to lead the overall strategy for both CCTH Afrique and its subsidiary CCTH Afrique Évasion.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement institutional and commercial communication strategies.
• Develop and protect the brand image of both companies.
• Oversee internal and external communications, including digital presence (website, social media, digital campaigns, e‑reputation).
• Manage press relations, media partnerships and public relations.
• Design and drive marketing plans for all activities, creating high‑performance promotional campaigns.
• Identify new markets, conduct competitive intelligence and monitor performance indicators.
• Define and execute commercial strategy, grow client and partner portfolios, prospect new markets and implement loyalty actions.
• Supervise commercial teams and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Marketing, Commerce, Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a responsible position in communication, marketing or business development.
• Strong analytical, planning and management abilities.
• Experience in travel agencies, tourism companies, airlines, hotels or related services is a major asset.
