e-Commerce Manager Global

About the role

We are seeking a senior e‑Commerce Manager to oversee our global online sales platforms and digital marketing channels. The role will act as the bridge between technical product teams, operations, and executive leadership to drive revenue growth and improve the customer journey worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing and new e‑commerce platforms, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement.
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and shape future strategies.
• Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies for retention and acquisition.
• Coordinate with OEMs, marketing, design, and development teams to align market requirements and emerging trends.
• Lead initiatives to increase e‑commerce revenue in partnership with dealer management.
• Design and launch digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create product roadmaps, prioritising features based on business impact and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, product support, parts operations and marketing to ensure alignment.
• Monitor product performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates and customer satisfaction, using data to inform product strategy.

Required profile

• Qualification in Marketing or Business Management; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Proven experience driving revenue growth in e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Solid business acumen, negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on innovation and decisive action.
