Experienced Consultant – Business Development & Strategy

About the role

Under the supervision of the Mission Manager, the Consultant will combine consulting expertise with business development to deliver high‑quality assignments and help expand KATSU SAS’s service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational advice to clients based on sector‑specific or functional expertise.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Draft commercial proposals, quotations and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
• Negotiate simple and complex, high‑value contracts with various stakeholders.
• Maintain trust‑based client relationships, understand needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Mission Manager, Directors and other consultants to ensure coherent and quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in consulting and business development, preferably in a multi‑sector environment.
• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Management, Engineering, Project Management, Strategy, Marketing or related fields; MBA is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum) are preferred.
