Female Car Sales Consultant – Automobile Dealership

About the role

We are a reputable automobile dealership in Abidjan seeking motivated female Car Sales Consultants to support our expansion. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in customers, guiding them through our vehicle portfolio and helping them find the right car.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers with a professional demeanor.
• Present new vehicle models, explain features and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct test drives.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Participate in promotional events and business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive sales, retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑driven.
• Good command of English; French is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
