French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote and starts in July 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and document interactions accurately.
• Follow internal processes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially inbound calls.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN).
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 11 or macOS 14, 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space.
• Wired USB headset.
