Gestionnaire de Paie – Industrie Agro-alimentaire

About the role

GIG is strengthening its Human Resources Department and seeks a rigorous, organized, and ethical Payroll Manager. The incumbent will guarantee the reliability, compliance, confidentiality, and procedural integrity of the entire payroll process.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and integrate variable payroll elements.
• Process payroll using SAGE PAIE in accordance with Ivorian legislation.
• Validate calculation consistency and correct any anomalies.
• Prepare salary payment statements.
• Handle social declarations (CNPS, CMU, etc.).
• Manage employee entries, exits, and final settlements.
• Produce payroll‑related HR reports and dashboards.
• Ensure internal procedures are followed and contribute to fraud prevention.
• Participate in continuous improvement and optimisation of payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (BAC+3 to BAC+5) in Human Resources, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll management experience in a structured company; experience in an industrial environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAGE PAIE.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of Ivorian social and fiscal legislation.
• Experience with CNPS and CMU social declarations.
