About the role
We are seeking an ambitious Head of Fleet Business Development with a strong financial background to drive the growth of our fleet operations across Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal. In this senior position you will be responsible for securing financing, managing partner relationships, supporting local teams, and overseeing day‑to‑day fleet performance.
Key responsibilities
- Secure external financing to support local fleet partners.
- Manage partner relationships and negotiate agreements to meet business targets.
- Lead and support local fleet managers in a cross‑functional environment.
- Oversee daily fleet operations and contribute to their development.
Required profile
- Experience in finance, investments, investor relations, or working with funds.
- Proven team‑management experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business.
