Expert Detailing Representative – English‑Speaking

About the role

Our client, a global leader in Consumer Healthcare, is looking for experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to join as Expert Detailing Representatives in Senegal and Ivory Coast. The role involves engaging healthcare providers, promoting key brands, and supporting digital and educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct expert detailing sessions with HCPs using scientific and clinical information across multiple channels (face‑to‑face, remote, email, webinars).
• Support digital platform onboarding, encourage participation in CME activities, and distribute medical samples where applicable.
• Maintain strong HCP relationships, drive product advocacy, track territory KPIs and provide market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Fluent in English and proficient in French for HCP interactions.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
• Valid driver’s licence and legal right to work in Senegal or Ivory Coast.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, specifically Veeva.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and organisational abilities.
