HouseKeeping Supervisor - Responsable de l'Entretien

About the role

The HouseKeeping Supervisor will lead all cleaning and maintenance activities at the cement packaging plant, ensuring the facility and its surroundings remain clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the recruitment and management of external service providers responsible for cleaning services.
• Coordinate daily activities of internal housekeeping staff within the packaging plant.
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations of both providers and staff, and provide recommendations for future hiring.
• Maintain a consistently clean and orderly environment to guarantee personnel safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+2) or equivalent in any technical discipline.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of HSE practices, including fire fighting methods, hazard pictograms, first‑aid procedures, occupational health and safety risks, environmental impacts, proper manual handling, and waste management.
• Strong organizational sense, supervisory abilities, relationship‑management skills, and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
