HR Benefits Representative

About the role

The HR Benefits Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for employees on benefits, compensation, and related HR matters. This role supports employee engagement, onboarding, off‑boarding, and ensures compliance with local labour regulations and social security requirements in Ivory Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues, motivation, and job satisfaction.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and local community events.
• Conduct information sessions on employment policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Participate in union‑related meetings when required.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal transfers.
• Serve as immigration liaison with external consultants and employees.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Labour, CNPS, and third‑party auditors on labour and HR audits.
• Record employee enrolments, manage benefit system changes, and ensure accurate contribution filings.
• Perform regular audits of benefit contributions and maintain proper documentation.
• Distribute annual benefit statements, answer participant queries, and process benefit termination for departing employees.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance on contribution and payment issues.
• Update internal benefit plan websites and ensure compliance with SLB standards and data privacy guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3/4) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related social science field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR and benefit administration, including CNPS management.
• Working knowledge of Ivory Coast labour law.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
