Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

Zipline is expanding its operations across Africa and needs a Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst to own core logistics and inventory functions in Côte d'Ivoire. The role will drive performance improvements, increase visibility, tighten cost control and support strategic decision‑making across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end coordination of inbound shipments (air and ocean) from origin to final delivery.
• Develop and execute in‑country shipment planning, routing and consolidation strategies to optimise cost, speed and reliability.
• Partner with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure consistent performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyse shipment performance metrics such as cost, routing efficiency and timelines.
• Improve data visibility and introduce structured processes for inventory and warehousing operations.
• Support decision‑making across the supply chain through continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator with strong analytical instincts.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or related operations in fast‑moving environments.
