Pilatus PC12NG Captain – Remote West Africa Operations

About the role

Endeavour Mining is seeking experienced Pilatus PC‑12NG captains to support its aviation operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso. The role involves flying in remote, low‑infrastructure environments, providing reliable transport for mining personnel and equipment across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Pilatus PC‑12NG safely under IFR and VFR conditions.
• Conduct bush‑flying missions to remote sites with limited ground support.
• Maintain compliance with local and international aviation regulations.
• Coordinate with ground teams to ensure timely delivery of passengers and cargo.
• Participate in safety and security management programmes.

Required profile

• Current ATPL or frozen ATPL issued by SACAA, EASA, FAA or ANAC with a current Pilatus PC‑12NG type rating.
• Valid instrument flight rating and night rating.
• Class 1 medical certificate.
• Minimum 1 000 total flight hours, including at least 250 turbine/turboprop hours and 50 hours on the PC‑12NG.
• Demonstrated bush‑flying and remote‑operations experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and safety‑focused attitude.
