Operations & People Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & People Manager to support our fast‑growing Abidjan office. You will act as the right hand to the partner, overseeing finance, people and operational processes so the leadership can focus on client delivery and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial activities including cash‑flow monitoring, reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead recruitment, talent development, cultural initiatives and internal process optimisation.
• Ensure social compliance and maintain a positive workplace environment.
• Support sales pipelines and monitor mission profitability.
• Build and eventually lead a small support team as the office scales.
• Prepare to evolve the role toward a COO mandate based on performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and high energy.
• Experience in finance, HR or operations functions, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and partner with senior leadership.
• Proven track record of building processes and supporting rapid growth.
