About the role
We are looking for a Marketing & Strategic Development Manager to define and lead the marketing and commercial strategy for the Group’s multiple brands within the metal construction sector. The role will be based in Abidjan and will report to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Define, implement and monitor the overall marketing strategy for each brand.
- Develop commercial plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives and oversee CRM deployment to enhance B2B relationships.
Required profile
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Marketing, Communication or Business Development.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or commercial development.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to generate commercial opportunities.
Required skills
- Digital marketing expertise.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B communication.
