About the role
Zoomlion is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Heavy Equipment division in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. You will represent a global leader in machinery manufacturing, promoting a portfolio that includes mobile cranes, tower cranes, and concrete machinery to construction and infrastructure clients.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets, pipeline, and collection goals.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads for multiple product lines.
- Contact prospective clients through calls and on‑site visits to showcase products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to anticipate customer needs.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to the line manager.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Required profile
- Minimum university +2 degree.
- Proven sales experience in the engineering machinery or heavy equipment sector (mobile crane, tower crane, concrete machinery).
- Strong technical aptitude for understanding machinery specifications and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
