About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst and Local Regulatory Reporting Manager delivers reliable performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and balance‑sheet support while ensuring accurate regulatory, statutory and Group reporting. The role provides actionable financial insight to the CFO and senior management and coordinates with internal stakeholders, regulators, auditors and Finance Hub teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and balance‑sheet support to the CFO and senior management.
• Coordinate the annual budget and rolling‑forecast processes, consolidate submissions and highlight material variances, emerging risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, management packs, cost reports and Board papers.
• Deliver accurate local regulatory, statutory and Group reporting in line with applicable regulations and policies.
• Act as secretary to the Local ALCO, preparing materials, minutes and tracking actions.
• Monitor balance‑sheet structure, liquidity, capital and market‑risk indicators and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong reporting controls, data integrity and resolve reporting queries promptly.
• Build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, auditors and Finance Hub teams.
