Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Senior Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a next‑generation private hospital. The role combines technical oversight, budget control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project meets international healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from design through construction to handover.
• Define and implement execution strategy, governance, and reporting.
• Supervise architectural, structural, MEP, and medical‑systems studies.
• Manage integration of specialized medical equipment and systems.
• Serve as primary client contact and manage all contractual relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and operational risks.
• Develop, control, and optimise the overall project budget.
• Monitor progress, validate work completion, and oversee invoicing.
• Establish and maintain the master schedule, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams and secure critical resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, local and international regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in general contracting, with proven delivery of large‑scale hospital projects.
• Experience working with international clients or multinational organisations.
• Track record managing projects with budgets of tens of millions of dollars.
• Deep knowledge of EPC/EPCM delivery models and international contract negotiation.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities in high‑pressure environments.
