Service Delivery Coordinator - Tubular Services

About the role

As a Service Delivery Coordinator for Tubular Services, you will lead the on‑time delivery of contracts, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and act as the primary client contact throughout job preparation, execution and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Protect personnel health, safety and the environment while adhering to company non‑negotiables and processes.
• Interpret and capitalize on assigned contracts/quotes to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate and monitor job activities across organisational boundaries.
• Schedule and dispatch resources in line with job requirements.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring successful preparation, execution and close‑out of services.
• Validate invoices against contracts/quotes to prevent revenue leakage and ensure timely cash collection.
• Follow client compliance and escalation procedures to mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas or energy sector.
• At least 7 years of supervisory experience in tubular services.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to engage with international and local O&G operators.
• Willingness to work in remote environments and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of tubular services operations and delivery processes.
• Understanding of contract management, invoicing and revenue assurance.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations in the energy industry.
