Vice President & Profit Center Head – Rubber Business

About the role

The Profit Center Head – Rubber will lead Olam Agri’s rubber business, overseeing the full value chain from farm sourcing to export, with full P&L responsibility and a diverse team of expatriate and local experts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the profit‑center strategy.
• Design and execute farmer‑engagement programmes to support prosperous farming communities.
• Meet budgeted targets for volumes, Gross Contribution, overheads, EBITDA and profit after tax.
• Drive game‑changing initiatives such as process automation and digitalisation.
• Mentor and develop team members, ensuring succession planning.
• Represent Olam Rubber in the regulatory environment, managing compliance and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead innovation and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen market position.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in agribusiness or commodity markets.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end value‑chain operations.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and delivering financial targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management with suppliers, customers, regulators and industry bodies.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
