Wear Parts Specialist – GET & Undercarriage

About the role

The Wear Parts Specialist will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for Caterpillar’s Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and Undercarriage product portfolio. Working at the intersection of engineering, marketing and customer engagement, you will use market intelligence and customer insights to identify commercial opportunities and strengthen market position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and growth plans for the GET and Undercarriage portfolio.
• Analyse market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activity and industry trends to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with dealers, customers and internal teams to understand operational challenges and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance using key metrics and recommend actions to improve market penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to influence business strategy and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Technically minded professional with experience at the interface of engineering, product strategy and commercial functions.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven capability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills to work with dealers, customers and cross‑functional teams.
