Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and guiding them through solutions via chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step‑by‑step assistance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
