Expansion Manager – Côte d'Ivoire

About the role

We are looking for an Expansion Manager to drive Tether’s growth and presence in Côte d’Ivoire and the wider Francophone region. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and navigating the regulatory environment for our stable‑coin and fintech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities across Côte d’Ivoire and the Francophone market.
• Build and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and large corporates.
• Develop a pipeline of USDT integration projects within regional payment ecosystems.
• Design and implement go‑to‑market strategies to expand Tether’s products and services.
• Track, analyze and report on KPIs to optimise market performance.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
• Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies and industry bodies, representing Tether at key meetings and events.
• Participate in fintech conferences, meet‑ups and community events to raise brand visibility.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Management or Finance (MBA preferred).
• 7‑10 years of experience in cross‑border settlements, mobile money, payment infrastructures or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to set and monitor KPIs.
• Proactive, independent and well‑organized, able to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Fluent in English and French (native level preferred).
