Partnership Manager

About the role

As an Insurance Partnership Manager at WiASSUR, you will drive growth of the client portfolio by creating and managing strategic partnerships with companies, brokers and other insurance players. You will work closely with B2B partners and end‑consumers to deliver innovative insurance solutions that meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and establish strategic partnerships with companies, brokers and other players in the insurance sector.
• Analyze B2B partner and end‑customer needs, assess risks and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations with partners to develop competitive policies that satisfy client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with end customers, anticipate their needs and propose scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance of B2B2C partnerships, adjust strategies based on results and feedback.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on the insurance market and recommend adjustments to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, underwriting and claims management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, partnership performance and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of insurance products and B2B/B2C markets.
• Ability to understand the specific needs of business customers and end consumers.
• Initiative, autonomy and a proactive work approach.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with relevant computer and software tools.
